This is Suzette's Color Reference guide that she showed in FridayPhotoSchool.com's Easy and Elegant series. When color correcting an image, it's a good idea to have a reference image to compare skin color. This file has a variety of faces. You can send it to you lab and have it printed without any adjustments to see if the color rendition is neutral  and then you can use it with confidence.
